I Quit

  1. Yep, quit smoking 60 days ago (2 months?). Just wanted to SHOUT IT OUT!!!

Really, It's been something I wantd to give myself for some time. The gift of potential health. I am healthy now, and I didn't want to wait until I was sick to quit.
    Take care,
    Shar

Yaaaay Shar! Isn't it nice to wake up in the morning and not cough for 10 minutes? I used to smoke. Now if I just go out to a smoky bar, I'm coughing up a lung the next morning. Ahhhh, breathe that fresh winter air.

Useing the PAtches, the 7mg lowest dose. They are better than smoking, though I will stop them soon.
Way to go Jedsmom and renerian too! It amazes me how tough it is to lick this habit. Now if only there were Chocolate replacement patches, gum, inhalers.....
