I had a dream (not for those easily offended)

  1. Ok everyone.... I just have to share this.

Last night I had a dream that I had wild and rowdy sex with my friend's husband.

The dream was enjoyable. I woke up totally freaked out, though, and as luck would have it I saw this particular friend today and felt like an ass the whole time. Anyone well versed in dream interpretation? Does this have a profound meaning?

Or do I just need to get some?

I hate when I have dreams like that about people I'm not interested in, makes me feel all goofy around them.

I doubt it means much (orientation-wise). Had dreams that I did it with a member of the same "team". No doubt as to my preferece while I'm awake, though.

I always worry about sex dreams. The last one I had I was a hermaphrodite and that's all I'm gonna say.

In dreams, where you dream of some activity - be it something violent or enjoyable, you have to think about what that person represents to you. Do you see this friend's husband as someone who is stable? Is he funny, likeable, or remind you of a trait that you want right now? The fact that you are having sex with that person in the dream could represent just a need for closeness or intimacy from a person of trust or warmth. Also, look at what your friend represents to you. It may not be exactly HIM you are manifesting in the dream, it could be facets of her.
Freud will tell you that whenever you dream of a man it is a representation of a father figure. I don't always agree with Freud, but he has his points every now and then.

The key thing to remember is that when we dream of people we KNOW, it is usually because we have a need or a desire for something they represent. You have to figure out what that is.

You deserve every one of them, too!

I rarely remember the dream itself, but I remember the dreamscapes (there are a couple of places where a lot of them seem to occur but I never remember what takes place!). Weird, huh?

Thanks! That is not unusual. One thing I want to look into in the future is the role of settings in our dreams. Sometimes my dreams take place down south, sometimes they take place in the city. Buildings have significance, but it's the setting that really has me curious. I'm sure it ties in to the grand scheme of things, but not exactly how. Especially if the exact same dream occurs in two different settings. Hmmm....

Well my friend Delirium, from an old man's viewpoint IMHO you are just horny. My prescription: Find a guy that ain't too hard to look at and have some hot monkey sex all night long. If no guy is available, buy the kick-start model B.O.B., rev it up and head for the promised land. Discaimer:

This advice is meant as only advice. Not responsible for any diseases contracted nor any injuries sustained during the operation of the Model 9000 kick-start B.O.B.
