I don't understand why every year when we change the clocks back, I am just so tired by 7pm I can barely stay awake. Only if I am working do I stay up, with the help of caffeine of course.
If we fall back the time and get a extra hour of sleep, then why am I so tired all the time? I don't even want to cook dinner anymore, just pour a bowl of cereal as I am not cooking again.
