I am a nurse, but if I was an animal I would be???

  1. Thought a little fun would be good today!

Now, imagine what animal type you would be dependant on your job as a nurse and why!?

I have been called the hummingbird because I am in contant motion, talk alot (chirp chirp), defend my patients (territory), and am rather short (small). I take in lots of coffee (my nectar) just to keep going, and I have little or no space in my own bed (have you seen a humming bird nest? It is the size of a quarter!). I also wear colorful scrubs, mainly in blues or greens! LOL! My nose doesn't fit the profile thank goodness!~ LOL! ANd I am quite capable of hovering! LOL!

    How about you??????

YOu bet! I was just telling someone some days I do feel like a big ol sloth though! LOL! Including the hair in my face I can't seem to get up and out! LOL! Lumbering from task to task as slow as can be, my mental ability is shot, welcome to four E (my floor)....LOL!!!!!!!!!!!!

BTW..the reason I put this in is it was an actual interview question and there has been alot of interview questions on general!

I took one of those little tests on the Internet about a year ago that asked a bunch of questions, then told me what animal I most resembled. My office suite mates resembled a variety of animals -- but I most resembled a "human being." Seriously. I tested out to be really human. I guess that's a good thing.

Related to an Army Critical Care RN, the animal I'd be is the American Golden Eagle (A. c. canadensis). Eagles are differentiated from other broad-winged birds of prey mainly by their larger size, more powerful build, keen eyesight, and heavier head and bill. The American & Bald Eagle is native to North America.

As a Soldier nurse; I care for my critical ill patients with great strength because they are weak, watch over my patients with keen eyesight to catch any changes, and use my out stretched arms to protect & comfort.

    BTW, excellent Thread!

This was an interview question?? Hmmmm....well, I wouldn't be hired....unless they were looking for comic relief!

What? I'd thought you'd be a Tweety bird. Besides, a dolphin is a mammal, right?
