Good luck on your weight loss efforts! I know the only way to keep my weight in check is to exercise.

As far as exercise goes, I agree that it's very important to do this, and it's a key factor in maintaining or losing weight.
But my problem is that all the exercise in the world can't come close to competing with my carb addiction. I swear, carbs are like drugs for me. Sometimes when I crave them, I get headaches or shaky. It's not just hunger, because it doesn't go away if I eat something that's low-carb. I truly think I'm an addict, and am trying to find out if hypnosis may help.
The hypnotist had his group session last night, and I didn't go because I want to hear from more people before spending my money on it. But he's in town a few times a year, so there's always next time, if I think it will work.
