  1. How about sharing recipes?

    Here's my 2 pt cheese omelet:

    1/4 cup eggbeaters ( add a couple of squirts to the container and shake well to give it a bit more flavor)
    1 oz 2% cheese--your choice

    Spray a small skillet, cook eggbeaters over low heat, add some herbs if you like, also a small amt fake bacon bits don't add any pts.

    When eggs are set, add cheese. Plate when eggs are done toyour liking and cheese is melted.

    I'm on WW as well!
    My favorite recipe is Cola Chicken

    1 can of coke (pepsi, noname DARK pop)
    1 cup of ketchup
    pork, ribs, chicken

    (I prefer mine done in the skillet).

    Cook chicken until almost cooked thru.

    Wisk together coke and ketchup

    Pour over meat

    Let sauce thicken and cook the meat thru.


    OR

    You can just mix the coke and ketchup in a sauce pan, reduce until thick and use it that way too if you already have cooked meat on hand!!!

    It make a bbq type sauce!!

    Serve with some roasted potatoes and garden salad!
