Heather..I have a cat confession

  1. You KNOW how our kids can make us do things we swore we'd never do??

My dear daughter LOVES..i mean LOVES cats. We had a kitten back last summer and, as usual, i hated it. Threatened to "find it a new home", so the cat-loving babysitter took it. Welllll, she's decided she can't keep it any longer. My bratty daughter cries and begs..
    so...
i brought the damn cat home. It gets worse...MUCH worse..
    she's pregnant..due anytime now..
i just couldn't bring myself to throw a pregnant animal outside in her last days to find a place to birth her demons...

<sigh> the big arse beast is in my freaking house!!!! YIKES!!!

    did i mention...

    i HATE cats!

LOL! Well, what would YOU do if your dear, precious son cried over a damn cat?? She mentioned wanting a snake..
sadly, I seriously considered proposing a snake over the cat..
    but i'm terrified of snakes.

    Hey! Do snakes eat cats??????

Dood... I raised my kid better than to want a cat. We have a dog. Do you hear that? A real pet, a DOG!

And I've had snakes before, they're pretty cool.

Whether or not the snake will eat the cat depends on whether the snake is big enough, hungry enough, and how ballsy the cat is.

HHmmm, sounds like you shoulda kept the cute little kitty in the first place. Then it probably wouldn't be preggers! :chuckle :chuckle

You might want to make her a "nest" that she will (hopefully) birth in, otherwise you might just find her birthing on your pillow. Cats seem to know who hates them. LOL She'd probably be thrilled to get back at you!

I hope the cat never leaves you alone
    neener neener neener

cats, much like the most annoying guy in highschool, have a way of knowing who dislikes them ,and pretty much following that person around 24/7

Uhmmmmm, I hate to admit this...but we have approx 10 cats at the moment. We live out in the boonies and people keep dropping their cats out near here and because we have cats, the strays come around too. They come, have their kittens, and then either leave...or stay to have another litter the next year. At least 2-3 look like they are going to have kittens soon. Also, our Great Pyrnees dog just had 8 puppies on the 12th. They are sooooo cute (the puppies).

OK, OK, I'll do it!! *sigh* I'll go to Walmart and get an industrial size box of Benadryl...THEN you can send the cat here! I would LOVE to take care of her and her sweet babies!!!

(ducks to avoid being swatted by resident cat haters)

At least you won't have to "deal" with them!!!

Thats it Tracy...follow the light...ignore the voices from the dark side that are calling...leave them behind...come back to the side that is good and light...

Nope, sorry but no animals are allowed in the house here. (except for the little bottle babies [goats, kittens, puppies, etc...] that my mom brings into the laundry room in order to feed them during the night if needed)
