Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets...

  1. Well...we went to see it today with the kids.......it was a good movie. The kids enjoyed it and at 3 or 4 different parts of the movie the kids burst into applause(towards end) bcause of parts they loved. I don't want to go into detail because I don't wish to ruin it for anyone. Very long....2 hours 40 minutes and definitely scary than the first, but the 4 year old did okay and only asked to leave once,lol........It followed the book, but they did have to leave stuff out because it was such a big book.....hubby wished it had a little more content, but really good overall.........

Aw frig..... I was a dingy and called off 2 weeks ago instead of saving it for now, when I could really use it!

Too much going on this weekend, worked today and have to work Monday. So, we're probably gonna wait until Tuesday to go see it!

I took my youngest daughter for her 12th b-day today, my niece went with us. The movie was really good, everyone in the theater applauded at the end.

I'm gonna see it (with my adult friends). I'm a fan, but have some reservations. This was my least favorite novel of the 4, I thought it was rather stupid in relation to the others (maybe I need to be 12 to have an opinion though). I hate the actor that portrays Ron. Ron is meant to be tall and cocky -- this little scrimp actor always has the same bewildered expression on his face. It makes me mad. I don't know if I like the idea of Kenneth Brannaugh (sp?) playing the fop. Sounds like pandering roles in order to get credibility. I'm so political

we went to see it today, the movie was totally great, very similar in flow to the first. i could not beleive, my son needed to go to bathroom at the very end during the climax....he has read the book, so he knows what is gonna happen. BUT NOT ME!!!

really nice flick for the whole family.

I saw it tonight, with my grown up geek friends...
then had dinner in the diner...
hmm... not totally faithful to the book (or it would have been 5 hours long)
    but it was awesome!
gonna take the lil bro next week
