Guess it's up to me to start the daily thread. Good morning everyone!
You know that point people talk about, that point everybody reaches, where they want to quit NS? I was almost there yesterday.
Forgot an assignment, found out an oral presentation is due in a week (and our group hasn't even met yet), had the first pharm quiz (tough!), and I have to move in a week and a half. If I thought "this isn't that bad" the first week, by this second one I was asking "what did I get myself into?"
Granted, it all seems to be working out: Did the assignment during a break in class, our group is going to meet tomorrow to work on the report (which is pretty short), got an A on the quiz, and I'm only moving across town (and it's only a one-bedroom, so I won't have much to move).
I'm starting to realize what a big change it is being a full-time student in an accelerated program, after having been in the world of work for 10 years. Fortunately, many of my classmates feel the same, so at least I'm not alone.
