Everyone is Irish today!! May the sun be shining softly on ye head today with a gentle wind to remind you not to tarry too long from those you love.

Today is daughters birthday!! Yes, we have an Irish streak a mile wide, 5 redheads w green eyes in immediate family not counting me(me eyes are brown/gold)

Will anyone be having colcannon today? Red roosters? I am afixing a special corned beef w cabbage, red roosters steamed, and cornbread. Can't wait!!!!
Wear your green proudly, it's a whole nother year until you can be Irish again!!!!

Somehow I got one of those psychic messages today in my email. Seems like this psychic wanted to give me some good advice, told me for 29.95 I needed to be aware that "with time comes changes and was I ready to face this?"
The psychic would help me face the changes for this amount of money and warn me of other things.
Well, imagine me surprise when I realized with time there may be changes! Do you reckon that is why I am no longer a size 5? Have some grey in me hair, scars on me hands, and aches to my bones?
I emailed the psychic to send me 29.95 and I would tell him how to face change and make decisions, warn him of danger. Then I told him to read his Bible and pray, for that was the only way we could deal with "changes."
Anyway, I got a laugh out of his statement, then I blocked them.
Hope something gives you a smile today. Maybe even a chuckle, but mostly I hope each of you are blessed with safety, health, and joy today.

My grandfather Paddy Curry loved St. Patrick's Day so much that he stayed around long enough to have one more pint o' Guinness afore going off to Heaven. (March 17, 1962) He was a hard-working, hard-drinking, hard-fisted Irishman and every year I drink a pint in his name. (Not Guinness, though, can't hack it!) The corned beef is asimmerin' on the hob and the soda bread smells so good I can taste it already. Here's t' ye, Grand-da!! :biere: Slainte.
