You know, from the ages of 25 to about 45, I wasn't crazy about this birthday business. (Well, the presents
were nice, but I could've done without the birthday part.
) Now I'm just grateful to have lived this long, after several decades of treating my body like a badly-maintained car---if there's a bad habit I haven't indulged in, they have yet to invent it!---and I wouldn't go back to being 25 for all the money in the world..........or all the plastic surgery those $$ would buy.
And, all joking aside, I am not
39 and holding.........I'm 48 and moving on!!!
