Good Wednesday Morning, Feb 7!

    "Stating the Obvious

Liability lawsuits have created a whole new category of blatant stupidity -- warning labels that state the obvious. The label on Zantac 25 tells you not to take the drug if you're allergic to Zantac. Did you know that there's a 'risk of fire' if you use Pine Mountain Fire Logs? And what about the pressing advice Rowenta gives its consumers: 'Never iron clothes on the body.' The list goes on. "

Good morning Di! Thanks for starting the thread.

Hastily planning my SD vacation. Just bought tickets online to the zoo. Also looking into a harbor cruise and I will definitely be going whale watching. Making reservations today. Still hung up on whether I should rent a car. I dunno. Traffic doesn't really bother me, people can honk at me I don't care. I would like to drive places and not have to worry about finding a taxi. I have this fear after visiting Korea: we took an evening river cruise, by the time we got off the boat it was dark. NO taxis to be found. Started walking until we found one.

Wanted to take a balloon ride at sunset but at $250 that's not happening. Sounds so romantic but I guess if I'm alone there's no romance.

Hope you all have a warm Wednesday!

I took a law class and the professor mentioned these type of warnings. He brought in a baby stroller that said "Caution: remove baby before folding stroller." Well, duh.

    Good morning! :kiss

Thanks to Dianah for starting this thread. Bethin: I hope your vacation is very pleasurable.

Today's my 26th birthday, so tonight I plan to go to the strip club with friends and coworkers after attending classes at the local CC. I am quite pleased that I received a 95 on my first A&P II test (endocrine system). My first A&P I test is this evening, so it would be graciously appreciated if some of you send some good luck in my direction.

I hope you all have a beautiful day!

Happy Birthday! Good luck on your test. I've always wanted to go to a strip club but my friends husbands would not like that. Let us know how it goes!

Made dinner reservations at the del. Terrace seating with a view of the Pacific.

Momma's gonna have to come and drag me away!

i love the sd zoo, it's my favorite, right up there with the sf zoo. the sd wild animal park is good, too. i'd rent a car, taxi's aren't always easy to find. (i'm from that area) the traffic isn't that bad.
    the hotel del, sounds divine...

    Morning!

Snow's all gone. Not one flake left. Wind blew it all away. Surprised we still have the house standing the way it blew last noc. Sheeesh.

bethin... I'm excited for you. SD Zoo is nice indeed. Enjoy! Would far prefer a visit to the zoo than to a strip club.

    Happy Birthday, Commuter!

    Enjoy your day off, Tweeters!

See ya later Muffinette! Hope the Q word didn't jinx you.

Better be getting ready... heading out the door in 15 min. Catch you all later!
