  1. ok... lets see how many of us can do this...

    name one thing that either makes you happy, or makes you smile.... basically a GOOD thing... turns out that if you can foster enough good energy, it spreads...

    rules: Thou shalt not.... post bad things here...(even better yet... to keep it VERY happy... just put your good things... not how someone elses thing makes you feel.... it might be positive, but not what I'm looking for...)

    I can think of many things.........hearing birds sing, watching a butterfly, a soft summer breeze....

    the hugs and smiles of loved ones........ seeing my patients making baby steps in getting better, the thank you from a patient or family member.
