Yes, promising to be a beeeeeeeeeeeeeeautiful day here as well! Got all my chores done yesterday, so today is playday !

Daughter and SIL coming by on their way up to their Dad's for Father's Day.. had an 8x10 photo printed up of him walking her down the aisle, and she went and bought a nice frame for it, and will be taking it up to him today. He'll be pleased.

Not much going on here except for all the birdies singing and flitting about...

now.....whew! i'm no longer flustered now that i know where i am .... i think! lol! good morning netters and melissa!!!!! how did you sleep? i slept pretty good...don't even really remember piper coming in with us last night.

i have something very important that i want to say to you all:

ever since i was a little girl i have always, always looked up to nurses. i have always wanted to be one. i find myself feeling so priveledged to be among you here and for you to have taken me in under your wing, so to speak. i have a long, long journey ahead of me to realize my dream and i am so grateful to have you all here. you are my heroes.......seriously. you guys rock!!! what you do day in and day out is rarely appreciated as much as it should be, but i am here to tell you that i appreciate you!!!! love you guys.........you just don't know how my heart is filled when i visit here with you all!

mickie....great pic of dylan and congrats to the team!!! i'm sure you are busting at the seams with pride!

wendy.....you did it!!! love your avatar...does that really look like you?

teddrn.......sorry your yesterday was crummy! as an aside, rabbit poop doesn't smell very much...but their pee sure does. maybe that's the smell you smelled!

i am absolutely, positively getting things done on here. see, my reasoning is that my time is really going to be taken up with school soon so i need to not only get my computer files organized but do a few other things that will drive me crazy if not done. i want to get the kids websites updated and get all their digital pics printed up (man, there's a lot!) and put into a three ring binder. once school starts, i know that realistically i'll have a hard time even keeping my house clean!

so today is computer day but i will spend some time outside with the kiddos later. i can't lock them in the house all day! lol! the sun is shining and netters....there is a sweet songbird singing right outside my window right now!

do we have a qod yet?

    hugs all around.........

Kim, I've been meaning to ask you. What is it that Bry is doing for his new job???? I missed that somewhere in my readings. You all have to relocate right?

THanks Netters. I really love the little gal too....she's a nurse, but yet, she could be anybody! (Like me! LOL!)

And I am pretty much always running around waiting on someone!

Melissa...thanks for asking. I actually didn't really know for sure what he was doing until last night. We don't have to relocate...he'll just be driving around our area A LOT! He has 7 or 8 stores that he has to train every employee in. Even management when they get promoted. He no longer will work for the store here in Jamestown, but will work out of the one in Olean, though he will only be there when training there. Most of his work will be out of his car (hence the need for us to get yet another one...the truck won't do and I can't drive it to class!)

He only got a dollar an hour raise which means we lose our food stamps but still puts us ahead by $80 a month so we can actually afford to eat healthier than we have been. That's our main concern right now because Bry has the fibromyalgia and I have read about some different food suggestions (things to cut out mostly....i have no idea what he will actually eat). Okay, but I'm off in left field here anyways.......

This job will really help him as a stepping stone to higher positions if he chooses. He is still getting certified with the NKBA (national kitchen and bath association). It's all home study and tests so once things settle down here, he'll start back on that. THAT, once finished, would make him an elite kitched designer of which there are only about 1,000 in the country and he would be able to make very good money with no physical work, which is what he needs!

    Again, I appreciate you asking.

Good morning everyone. I'm actually late getting ready for church. I was catching up on all the posts so far.

This tread is so much fun........I hardly read the others now. I'll catch up with ya'll later this morning before we have to go eat Father's Day lunch with my Father in Law...........then tonight, it's off to my Dad's for shrimp fetticinne (sp)............how the heck do you spell that?.....Anyway, everyone, have a good day..........and if your temp outside is less than 85, well, let's just say "I wish I was there with you."

    TaTa for now.

Okay, I can't see posts 7-10 for some dang reason!!! What the heck!!!

Anyways, Melissa....my dad i have never known and my step-dad abused me, but my dh got some used Time Life books about WW II and some old Ansel Adams calendars so we can frame the pics from them. We are going to make him cards and blow up balloons and grill supper outside tonight. That will have to be enough, unfortunately.
