Good Morning, December 27, 2004!!

  1. I didn't see where anyone had started the Good Morning thread, so I will!!! It is 6 degrees this morning and a fine snow is falling!! The trees are beautiful this morning as they are snow-covered. I need to leave a few minutes to take my mom to the hospital for an endoscopy this morning. After I get her home, I'll get back to work!!

I hope everyone has a wonderful and peaceful Monday!!

    Good morning!

It snowed overnight...my first snowfall of the season! Not a whole lot, maybe an inch or 2? Enough to cover the ground and look pretty.

I have a nasty viral bug today so I doubt I will get out of my PJs. My body aches all over and I can't breathe but other than that I'm in a pretty stellar mood. LOL If it weren't for the fact that I have to chase my toddler around I'd go back to bed.

Hope everyone has a great day!

Well it is 4:45am here and I haven't been able to sleep since my nap about 5pm...I should have not taken a nap cause I am changing shifts but I was soooo tired that I had to do it... My alarm is going off in an hour and I don't know what I am going to do take a short nap or stay up....Anyway first day shift and I am glad that I am off nights for a while...doing sick call this morning so that should keep me busy all day....then I have to go shopping and then I will go to bed earlier and I bet I sleep tonight....

I have to remember to go out and start my car and warm it up cause it is about 24 degrees outside....no clouds so there won't be any snow...this is usually the week that we get the most...

Well I will write again later or tomorrow....hope everyone has a great day....

Good morning! Pycho, I hope I don't have that problem when I switch from nights to days..ugh.

I am dog tired from the 3 12-hour shifts. Last night I was soooo busy. Started the night walking into a room whose family members states "I'm a nurse, and I know you guys are just letting my uncle sit here and rot and aren't doing a thing for him blah blah blah blah...." Then she left. She passed judgement after visiting her dearly beloved uncle for five minutes.

I'm going to sleep the day away even though I'm off for four days.

Good morning this sad day. We are hearing so much about the Asian disaster including a little Australian baby that was ripped from it's fathers arms and died. So many affected so many hurt.

    I'm still awake.

Gwenith, I heard on the way home this morning 20,000 dead? With not all the reports in. I'm speechless.

    Hi Fairygirl !

    Nice seeing you again !

Steph, I think I'll have pumpkin pie for breakfast myself here in a litte while.

We would have still had chocolate pie left, too, but while our backs were turned, ol' Charlie decided to help himself to the homemade meringue I whipped up for the top, and licked every last bit of it clean off !!!

    BAD KITTY !!!

We had a lovely double rainbow here the very end of November... caught the picture but not before the double part had already vanished... and an eery looking yet beautiful golden November sky as the storm which then produced the rainbow was brewing... I've got the pictures posted on the third page of my gallery photos.

Leslie.. you UP yet? Or should I be asking if you've SLEPT yet ? :chuckle
Yes, Lisa is adorable... truly so. Please hug her for me the next time you're together.. and Karen as well.

Weeeeeeeeeeeeeeeetz !!! Where ARE you !

Good morning everyone! I am starting my New Year's resolutions early. My clothes are getting so tight that I just have to start eating right! Yesterday, I ate ok but not great. I am drinking my water and doing stomach crunches every hour, plus I whipped out my 2 Mile Walk Away The Pounds video. I need to get a grip. At one time I was 220 lbs. I lost 80 lbs, but now I am going back up and that is just not good! So, meet Obsessed with Fitness and Health Lisa. It's time she reappeared. :chuckle

The kids are already driving me nuts. Guess I'll give them some chores. :lol

I think that I will have to join Lisa in the healthy life style routine. Diet and exercise! It just has to be done, and might as well start!:stone
