    good morning fam....

chattsy- it may be beautiful where you are but it's snowing like a son of a gun in boston. i just drove my dtr to work and they haven't even plowed yet.

weetzie- when is your last day, 2/28? is dh upset?

phn- my dh has dental insurance, darn good coverage if i say so myself.
good to hear you're puttering around, getting stuff done.

hi princessc- sounds like you love your job- you're very lucky as not everyone loves their job.

    good morning silverdragon!

tweety- good morning and good noc. hope you're doing ok....

    ok, i have a question:

what does bronchitis feel like? when i take a shallow breath in, it hurts from the bifurcation of the bronchus down to the mid sternum. when i take a deep breath, it feels like it's traveling to the diaphragm and it's not acute pain but
boy does it ache. and it produces a dry cough....have no idea as to what it could be.....and God knows i detest going to the doctor's, if it radiates to my heart then maybe i'll consider seeing the doctor.

but i don't remember ever having bronchitis in my life. pneumonia, yes.

if anyone can help me out with what bronchitis feels like, i'm all ears.

    thanks guys,

    leslie xo

Leslie -- are you coughing all the time or just occassionally? Running any fever?
Do you have any drainage or coughing anything up? Bronchittis usually
does run in that area. My asthma usually kicks in when I have bronchittis. It does sound like a good possibility. How long has it been going on? Boy I sound like a Dr. with all the ?? huh?

Sorry not to list each individually BUT HOMEWORK IS CALLING.

I hope everyone is feeling better, have a great day.

    be back later--

You do too, Leslie. I've heard you. I think the smokes have done some damage. But hey, who am I? I am certainlly not qualified to diagnose. Dang I miss you.:icon_hug: and everyone else here.

Sounds like bronchitis to me. My husband and father-in-law get it every year. Not much to do about it except bedrest and fluids unless it is not viral and you can take an antibiotic. But the doc determines that. If you start getting fevers I'd head off to the doctor Leslie.

I am off work until next Monday but have a day or maybe two that all of the nurses are coming in to do return demonstration competencies. We already did our written ones. Tuesday night have a run-review for the emergency room folks - I'm an MICN and so need those reviews to renew my licence.

I may take my daughter for her first guitar lesson later today. We have to drive to the big city to do it. Wish there was someone up here that did lessons.

The sun is shining. I may head out and start my jogging again. I can't get rid of these 12 pesky pounds - it used to be 10 pesky pounds and that worries me. Especially since I'm supposed to die of cancer at 78 . . .

phn - please come over to my house and get our books together for our accountant. You make it sound so normal and easy. My dining room table is covered with paper . . .

    Happy Monday! :hatparty:
