Good Monday Morning 4/19/04

  1. Good morning everyone! I never did get back on here last night...had to let Bryan have SOME time online! Poor guy never gets two minutes on here due to my addiction. Maybe we should rename this thread "All Nurses Addicts unite!" :chuckle

They are calling for thunderstorms here today and then some cooler, rainy days the rest of the week (the way April usually is) so I am going to try to get the kids outside early, if at all. The sun is shining through right now so it looks like it might work out to be a nice morning. Heck, it's only 7 am and the thermometer says it's 67 degrees already (and probably humid as heck if I opened the door!)

Not much planned today...might dust a room or two. I do have a couple phone calls to make, but other than that, I'll probably be here bugging everyone all day! :blushkiss It's just because I love you guys soooo much! And, I have to enjoy you now because I know when fall comes I'll only be stopping in for quick glimpses of what's happening or to ask a question or vent about school!

I have orientation in two weeks and cannot wait (though I already did this three years ago! LOL!) I already registered and have my schedule for the fall. I did that on the first day of registration because I am so anal.

Not much else happening around here....at least for the moment!

    Have a fabulous day all!

Well, I survived my three 12 hour shifts in a row, which I hate doing. But that's my new schedule every other weekend, so I better get used to it.

Going to sleep the day away, get up and see what kind of mischieve I can get into. Yeah right, at my age the only mischief I get into is deciding what kind of Ben & Jerry's to buy.

You're age, tweety? My husband is 47 and he gets into plenty of mischief!!! LOL!

Thre 12's in a row every other week! That would kill me.

It's nice here. Shorts weather. My seventh grader wanted to wear sandals to school and I said NO. I guess I'm a little uptight

Just got off a weekend too, have 3 days off now!! I used to do 12 hr shifts, but I don't think my babies could be away from me that long.....or with my husband that long! :chuckle

Today I'll just be straightening up the house after my husband and kids, but I don't have laundry to do, I just washed the floors last week, and the bathrooms aren't too bad, so I think I'll just recoup and enjoy the day.

    BTW.....Chunky Monkey.....definitely!! (That's what I'll turn into if I keep eating it!)

It's 0830 here and I've washed all the dishes from the weekend and swept and mopped the floors.
I'm done with the laundry now and decided to check in here while the floors dry.
I need to change the oil in Totanka this morning and then maybe go catch a few trout for dinner tonight.
    Monday is my "alone day".

    You bums.

I worked all day. 0400 - 1600. The "morning" is over.. gone.. bye bye.
Gotta go to bed in about 2 and a half hours so I can get up at 0300 again in the morning. :stone But it's the "short day" tomorrow... be outta there by 11 AM.
