Going out this weekend. :-)

  1. How sad a life I must have to be so thrilled about going out this coming Saturday. LOL

A friend just sent me an email, she and two other couples had bought tickets for a comedy duo here in Montreal but one of the couples can't make it. So, she offered us the tickets. They're very reasonable, 58.00 for the two and we just really enjoy the comedy from this duo. Best thing is that it happens to be on my weekend off and we don't have anything planned, nothing for the kids planned that they need us for.

So, it's dinner and night of comedy for us!

It's not the two that do an "abridged" version of Shakespeare, is it?? They're hilarious!

Have a good time!!! Nice, nice treat! (You'll probably look at each other and say, 'why don't we do this more often???' )

They are Bowser and Blue (click here) They're a musical comedy duo that are heavy on the politics. Believe me, being anglophones in Quebec leaves a lot of fodder for political comedy. They are hysterical. They started here in the 80s playing local bars and stuff and now have quite a following.

And you're right, we will very likely say that!
