  1. Just kiding about the neener but I am leaving tomorrow morning for my VACATION...Yippee...I am going on a Motorcoach tour of Washington DC, Colonial Williamsburg, and the Brandywine Valley. I will be gone for about 5 days. I can't wait. I really need this time off and on my own (other than the 30 other strangers on the motorcoach).

Just me and the camera...but I still have film from my trip to Nashville/Memphis/Branson five years ago in a drawer still undeveloped. I'll try to do better this time though. I can't wait to see all the Christmas decorations that will be up, which is why I am going at this time of year. I remember going to DC and Williamsburg on vacations with my family, but on a car trip with your parents and three brothers when a child are mostly "He's on my side of the seat"..."He's looking at meeeeeee"..."Are we there yet?"..."I gotta peeeeeee"...I'm still not sure how my parents survived it all. We have been in every state except Hawaii and Alaska. We have white water rafted the Colorado River through the Grand Canyon. We have been to Mexico and Canada. We saw things that other kids only saw in pictures in their History books. We also saw ALOT of tourist traps. Now, we look back on those trips every summer as some of the best times of our lives.

I am getting ready for my trip by reading Erma Bombeck's book "When you look like your passport photo...It's time to go home"

Actually, their my Mom's goats so I can't just run off with one. As for pictures, I am no good at posting pictures. I can scan them into the computer, but don't know how to get them onto this board. Then again, if I ever really tried my computer would probably just die on me...it has really been giving us problems. We really need a new one, this one is about 4yrs old, but can't afford it right now.
