    Good morning.

Thank you, Clem, for starting the thread. Try to stay warm and cozy. Do you have to go out in it? If so, drive safely.

How does your day look to you, hlfpnt? I hope you have a great day.

Good morning to you too, Tweety. How are you doing in your new position at work? Have a nice day.

I've got a few errands to run, including bloodwork. God willing I'll go back to work tomorrow. It's going to be about 68 degrees and windy today then the upper 70's tomorrow.
To all...Have a glorious God blessed day.

RGN1, Did you enjoy your trip to FL or was it all running about? You'll like it here. I understand that Tampa General is a good hospital. Do you have a date yet for the move?

    .
I was supposed to. I was booked for a HH day but when I got home on Sat., my back and hips were starting to ache and gave out last night. I usually try to work through it, but going from home to home, walking on ice and slush, I thought that I can't do this - it would be best to rest today and then be able to work on Friday without a problem. I felt so incredibly guilty calling in sick though.

Hi, Thanks - I did enjoy my trip despite some "running about". I love Florida - well I love the area where we are anyhow! Mind you I've loved everywhere in the USA I've visited so far!

As far as dates go I'm afraid that's in the hands of your Senate & their votes! Until retrogression ends I'm going nowhere!

I heard TGH was good too from an LPN who was studying fro her N-CLEX RN at a local park!!- I guess I'll make up my own mind when I eventually get there - however, with Starbucks & McDonald's on site what else will I need

    Good morning everyone.

I just finished work and the snow is heavy and wet and coooolllldddddd!!!!!!!

When I got to the house I noticed several paw prints sprewn about the front yard and driveway and side yard...and when I opened the front door there were no happy fur-balls to greet me! PANICK set in immediately! We live on a busy street and my husband is away. There were several cars driving up and down the streets...So, I started calling them but there was no response...I ran in jumped into my snow boots and headed out to look for them...As I was clearing off my truck I felt a cold set of paws on my butt. Both mutts jumped into the truck shivering!!! I hugged them, pet them, kissed them and yelled at them to "Get in the house"!!! Then I started to cry!

What a way to end my day...I almost feel like making a cup of coffee and adding some Baileys to it! We have a doggie entrance for them so they can come and go as they please...I discovered that due to the very high winds our back gate had blown open and offered them an escape route. My neighbors husband placed a rather large log in front of it so it won't happen again. One good thing is my cat has no desire to do anything but eat, use her box and torment the dogs. She was asleep on the bed in between the pillows and purr-fectly happy staying warm.

JEEZ! Wake up and smell the stress!!!
