Please keep a log at home with your initial BMI, initial weight, and initial measurements. We all know there is more than one way to get fit and healthy and this will keep us all on track!! :spin:
I will be posting one official thread on the 1st of each month. If anyone wants a weekly thread opened as well to track their progress pls just post the request here and I will be more than happy to oblige. I will also start up a whole new challenge in January 2008 for those of us that will take a bit longer to reach our goals. And of course anyone can join up at any time. The more the merrier!!
Nine months is a long time and many will reach their goals. Others of us will hopefully be half there at that time. We will get our health back on track!! We will be a fine example to our patients!! GO TEAM!!
