it's sunday afternoon here in Oz, so thought I'd get the greetings up and running for today! I realise many are still sleeping, or working nights, or other pursuits at this time. So, when yuo get around to reading this..... G'day! Hope all is well in your world! :kiss
I've been absent, again!
Have been ill with some 'bug', which triggered off the asthma and so it's been a most dreadful four weeks for me.
It's been most unstable and just when I thought I was up and running again ... I quickly regressed.
I guess the positive thing to come from this has been that I'm now taking the asthma much more
seriously and becoming more pro-active
in the management of it. As I said to the GP yesterday, for someone who's been a nurse for .. well, ever!, I've been extremely blase when it's come to my own health condition! :uhoh21: Most Aussies are fairly laid back characters, and we do tend to underplay things as opposed to overstate. However, when it comes to things such as asthma and such, one cannot afford to be so underestimating! So, ok, lesson learn't. Hopefully less episodes in the future. Or, at least, better management! :imbar
Despite the above, we're finally enjoying beautiful spring weather! Wish I could show you how beautiful the countryside looks right now. How magical the birdsong is. How pretty the flowers and blossoms are. Ah! Nature, you can't beat it!
Have a great day everyone!
Cheers from "Down Under!" :flowersfo
