FWIW....

  1. This was on another thread (I apologize for not remembering who posted it). It's worth a peek. I don't remember it enough- fair to say there may be others who don't either.... :two cents:

For those who don't like 'churchy' things- this was made by a church- but is not preachy- I respect that not everyone wants to see religious stuff- this is NOT religious- just more about looking at things from a different POV.

I'm an atheist and I greatly enjoyed this video, regardless of the source. Empathy is not just for the religious folk.

Really enjoyed the video! This is how I have always tried to be and what I teach my children when encountering other people-we truly don't know what others around us are going through so it's important to have patience and tolerance for everyone we encounter in our daily lives. When we take our eyes off of ourselves and instead look at others needs, life becomes easier to take Thanks for sharing!

Loved the video. Thank you posting.
I was raised with a mom who complained about everything, she still does. My hubby used to. I would do the same but thought I was better.
One day I made it a point to change. (it took time) Eventually my hubby followed by example and after few humbling moments like this video.
It now shows in my kids and I hope they do not lose it.
Again thank you very much for posting. It is always good to remind me of what I used to be so I do not return to it.

Now that's what I call Christianity. It's all about helping others in whatever way we are able to. It's not about religion which is only doctrine set up by mankind.
