Fossils

  1. Anybody out there have a fossil watch? I want one for Christmas - titanium with black cherry dial. Just wondering if anyone has one/likes it, etc.

About 8 years ago, I worked for a department store in the jewelry section. One of the brands we sold was Fossil, and it had the lowest return rate of all the brands in it's class. (Lowest rate of defective watches)
Assuming their workmanship is still the same, they are excellent watches.

Don't know if that is helpful to you or not, but I say go for it!

I have one , it works well and it's pretty. I just can't see what time it is anymore. The numbers got very small once I turned 48.

That's so funny! I've heard of fossil watches , but never really looked at them before. This year my nephew asked for a watch for Christmas, and as i'm looking for one, I ran across fossil watches and fell in love with them! The whole counter was crowded with people scooping them up for their niece, daughter, grandson, etc.. Is this a new trend, or something that has been going on all along, and I'm just out of the loop? Not surprising, as I am seldom "in the loop"!

The one I got him has a face plate that continuously changes from a slick colored red to blue, or you can set it to stay on one solid color. I think, (hope), he will love it.

I love my Fossil... I have had this one for 3 years , very tough, it stays in water all the time no probs yet and it doesn't get all scratchy looking. Hubby bought a more expensive watch that I never wear. I don't thinks it's a trend ... they've been around awhile- just good cute watches.

I have had a fossil watch for about 3 years now.Love it.The only problem is that only jewelry stores will replace the batteries.

I have a Fossil watch that I got about 8 or 9 years ago, which I stopped wearing a few years ago b/c my boyfriend bought me a new one. Well, since then the new one has stopped working, but with a new battery, the Fossil's doing fine! I love it, but I need to get smaller, more dressy one to match my old age.
