Favorite sandwich.....

  1. As I sit here eating my favorite sandwich....Cucumbers,tomato,green onion and Miracle whip on toast ( don't laugh it's good). I wonder what is every one else's favorite sandwich to eat. I don't really care for lunchmeat so I have to be creative. My second fav is sharp chedder cheese on white bread w/ miracle whip. mmmmmmmmm Share w/ me .....maybe I will get some ideas....I tend to like weird stuff!!!!!

Open-faced crab melt. There's a place we go for lunch sometimes that has this, and it's soooo good.

Someone enlighten me as to what is "Miracle Whip"?
    It sounds like a dessert!

Miracle Whip is salad dressing - similar to, but with a slightly sweeter taste than mayonaise.
My favorite - a sliced tomato sandwich (only when I can get fresh, vine ripe tomatoes) with mayo, salt and pepper.

OK-- this is the BEST sandwich in the world. Shortly after I made a couple for hubs when we were dating, he proposed:

    Day-After-Thanksgiving-Sandwich:

    Turkey
    Mayo
    Thin slice of turkey dressing
    Thin slice of cranberry sauce
    Lettuce

Now the only problem is now, he wants to skip Thanksgiving dinner and get right down to the sandwiches.
