Enzyte Executives Stay Firm Despite Growing Troubles

Federal prosecutors want to recover $100 million in false charges to customers whose credit cards were repeatedly billed for the product against their will.

Among the accusations are that the Cincinnati-based company repeatedly debited and then credited back to customers small-dollar amounts in order to disguise the ratio of contested charges--if more than 1% of a business' transactions result in "chargebacks" then credit card companies typically remove their services from retailers, the indictment says.

Matt hates those commercials, but like i told him "After all of these years of maxi pads, tampon, yeast infection, Summer's Eve commercials, it's about time you had a male-related commercial that's stupid that you can't stand."
