Doing the Time Warp...

  1. The time warp I'm seeing in here brings to mind the question...

Anyone here a Rocky Horror Picture Show fan? I never got into it until the last year or so and have been able to attend shows since. (Haven't gone so far as dressing up yet - I'm afraid Tim Curry might have nicer legs .)

I wish I had pictures to show you when my roommates from college and I would dress up and go see The Show!!!!

I first saw The Show when I was about 12yo with my dad (long story, who is gay) at home. He and his friends taught my sister and I the finer points of yelling back at a movie. BTW, we didn't dress up! Since then I have had always enjoyed watching this movie and other Drag it nostalgia (sp?).

Hope I posted that right! (ok, guess not...I got Riff Raff!)

I used to go when I was in high school. There was one theater that still had the actors on a stage in sync with the movie. For the time warp the whole audience would go up on the stage and dance!

    Oh, those were the days!

I used to do this in high school as well. That was 20 years ago. My husband and I used to be high school sweethearts and went our seperate ways and are now married. Anyway the first year we were back together we bought the video and play it often. We also have a huge flag in our office from Rocky Horror. Used to do the whole thing at the Varsity Theatre in StLouis. Those were the days.
