Was wondering if any of you had tried any of the dietary supplements out there..and if so..which ones work/don't..I'm sitting here looking at my wide arse thinking I need some help!!! lol..I was looking around @ some other day and there were soooo many diff choices..not to mention that most are $30-$40 buckaroos..wish they had sample packs you could try..but NOOOO....lemme know if there are any good ones out there that curb a fierce appetite..pleaseeeee my butt and thighs beg of you

i am in nebraska have been taking nutritional supplements. this company has been around for 10 years, and has a scientific medical advisory board that develops, researches and endorse their products. also can hook you up with samples depending on what kind of goal your looking for.

Geez, girl...sounds like you were malnourished. Please don't try that again! 800kcals/day is much less than your body requires for it's most basic functions. (BMR) Very dangerous. As a general rule, hairloss is a bad sign, FYI.
If your bod can't get the energy it needs from fat, it turns to muscle...which produces ketones...and acidosis.
I repeat....don't do that again. Go to your docor...or a nutritionist/dietitian.
