Is it true, guys don't make passes at girls who wear glasses? Could it work BOTH ways???
This comes to mind because I'm getting my eyes checked soon, and can't decide if I want contacts over glasses. I've worn both, currently I wear glasses. They are so light, but beginning to weigh a ton!!!
The last time I wore contacts, was my junior year in high school. BEGGED Mom for contacts and ended up scratching my cornea JUST in time for PROM! I went to prom in sunglasses.
Why? Because the light, any light...even candlelight HURT.
Now that I'm older, I wonder what my experience would be like?
Personally, I LOVE a man wearing glasses.
I don't know why I think men wearing glasses are sexy. All of my exes wore glasses, my hubby wears glasses...I just mmm!

I didn't need to wear glasses until my early 40's. The glasses I had to purchase were prescription glasses to be used for reading only...until this summer when I had to get bifocals. But, since I chose the new age "bifocals" without the line across the middle, I don't mind wearing them. The problem I am having is adjusting to them, so only put them on when I have to...which is anytime I have to read something written in less than medium sized print.
I was married when I was prescribed glasses, so the dating thing wasn't an issue, but I can say I had men take a double look at me whenever I did have on my glasses. They would say "What pretty brown eyes you have" because they stood out better with my glasses on. Whatever...it didn't make me want to wear my glasses any more than I had to. I'm at that age of "not too much impresses me", so don't really tend to give much of a hoot one way or the other. :chuckle
P.S. I can't wear contact lenses because the doctor told me my eyesight is too bad for contact lenses. I should have smacked her, huh?
