Oh.... you meant, like the other kind of candy...

    I like Snickers...

Yum, Candy corn & peanuts mixed together (salty/sweet always hits the spot!!) A PMSing favorite!! I also like those little pumpkins that are 100% sugar :chuckle I don't really know what they're called!

As far as trick-or-treating candy, I like anything Reese's...like Snickers too...but the Halloween size is about as big as a breathmint

I don't really limit myself to Halloween candy. I like the mini candy bars they mass market this time of year though. So convenient

Of course, the downside is that when you're done eating, you can see the big pile of empty wrappers!

...."the big pile of empty wrappers"...indicative of number of tiny bars consumed." That is forenamed "A MOMENT ON THE LIPS".

....the big butt I get after the consummation period.......now THAT'S what is later called "FOREVER ON THE HIPS"....

ok, problem solved: sit near a trashcan-throw as you go, so you never have to "see" how many wrappers are left...or as I like to do, buy candy from the bulk section of the grocery. Scoop away out of the bins--NO wrappers! :chuckle

Chocolate covered pretzels from DeBrand's are crying out to me. <NO PRETZELS GO AWAY!!>

Till about 4 or 5 years ago, we didn't have halloween here in Europe, well here on the mainland.
Now all of a sudden industries found it and the money they can make with it!!
Sorry, since halloweeing has no tradition or cultural anchors here, I think it is pretty stupid, when grownups start dressing up as ghosts and draculas.
The trick or treat isn't really done, it is too freaking cold most of the time, sooooooooooo Mcdonald for starters, takes care of the halloween-burgers and nonsense like that.
Sorry, I know it a great event in the US, and that is fine with me, but I hate it when things are being "shipped" here just because of commerce.

The problem I have is that I don't have a favorite. I love the mini candy bars and the candy corn and smarties and snickers etc.,etc.. And if I knew what that violet crumble thing was that OzNurse69 was talking about I would probably like that too. I limit the candy I buy to give out for Halloween to the stuff that I don't like. That would be sweetarts. That way I don't have to restock 3 times before Halloween even gets here.

I love Halloween - you dress up your kid in some sort of cute costume - and he WANTS to go see all your friends dressed like that!!! (Plus all that candy for mom to sneak ) I love anything chocolate.
