  1. Hi! Anyone out there that has had breast lift or augmentation? How do you feel now about your decision? Was it worth it? Thanks ahead for response.

When I was going through nursing school, hubby figured a boob job would have cost about the same as tuition .

I did know a girl in high school who had a reduction. Never personally known anyone who got them increased. I was convinced that there were more girls having augmentations now, but I think they're just younger and less...um...gravity-ridden than me lol.

I would like to get a "lift". Not too sure what this means, but have heard Oprah talking about it. Love what breastfeeding and pregnancy has done to my body.

I almost got some (woulda cleared out my savings) but changed my mind because I'm only 21 and I should be happy with my little boobies . A girl in my RN class has salines (pretty bigones, but I didnt know they were fake til she told me) and she has problems with capsulization (scar tissue formed on one & now it feels hard, shes taking accolate to try to help it). Some people I know have needed a lot of maintenence on thiers , so that made me rethink them at my age too (i'd have to get em replaced in 10 years or so possibly). Course in exhange for all the trouble you get ( o )( o ) as opposed to (o)(o) (hope that was appropriate, sorry if it wasnt )

    Rusty,

Are you in a competition with your wife, LOL !!!!! Nope, I don't have either and I don't want either, I actually hope mine shrivel up so I don't need a bra at all but it doesn't look like that is going to happen.

Wells....I got "bigguns"..and they are no fun...would love to have a reduction but too expensive :/ ...wish I could donate mine to anybody wanting bigger ones cuz they get uncomfortable as heck....guess it's just human nature to want the opposite of what we have-shrugs- Good luck with whatever you decide Kayzee

My aunt had a reduction a few years ago. She was very big, still has indentions in her shoulders from the weight. She had a lot of post op pain but said she would do it all over again.

When she was telling me about getting it done I asked her if I would get an enhancement any cheaper if they just transplanted hers.....:chuckle

You're right about that! One friend of mine has said that she wishes she could get an augmentation (if they weren't so expensive), and another friend who is well endowed has told her, "Those who have big ones don't want them", and wishes it weren't so expensive to have them reduced. Oy vey!
