Bichon Frise Dogs?

  1. My daughter and I are looking for a new puppy. We are considering a Bichon Frise! Anyone have one or has had one? If so, do they make a great pet? Are they extremely friendly? Is their hair hard to keep up? I have read the bio on one, but just thought I would try and get first hand opinons!!!!!

Ohhhhh I have always wanted a Bichon Frise! They are so sweet and adorable looking! I'll be reading this post to see what kind of pets they make, too. :kiss

We had a bichon at one time - must admit, I think she was retarded. Couldn't house train her, messed in her kennel as soon as you put her in, despite having just been outside (very unusual for a dog)

Grooming was a task that could not be put off - however, I didn't find it a problem. She was beautiful - but dumb.

Little dogs rule! I grew up with poodles and loved the fact that poodles don't shed! UNLIKE CATS! I HATE CATS!

Seems like we should have a pinky extended when we say that.
