Bad Mom/tooth fairy!!

  1. Yesterday my eldest sons first molar fell out.We did the usual thing, wrapped it in tissue, popped it under his pillow, all set for the tooth fairy visit.

Anyway the tooth fairy had a meeting at school last night and discovered that son may be dyslexic, and they want to do some tests. The tooth fairy is also pregnant with #3 and appears to be using her few remaining brain cells to grow a placenta or something. On top of this she also had a very busy early shift yesterday. She's a little tired and preoccupied by bed time!

Upshot was that my son appeared this morning, tooth in hand, trying to justify why/how the tooth fairy missed him off her rounds last night.
I think he has gotten over it now, and is going to try again tonight. He's a very trusting boy!

    Boy,do I feel bad!!

Maybe the tooth fairy should pay interest???

One time the tooth fairy forgot to come for 3DAYS IN A ROW!
She paid out $2 in the new gold coins to make up for it.
Usually she does a 50 cent piece.

OMG That happened here too!!! (tooth fairy felt like a pile of crap)

"oh, honey, know Daddy and I were up sort of late last night watching maybe when she came by we were still up - she can't come in if anyone is maybe she had to move you to tomorrow night?" I actually wrote "TF" on my hand to remind myself!!!

With 5 children, I have done the same thing also, so I know how bad you're feeling! Don't know what your weather is like there but you might be able to explain that the tooth fairy had a hard finding your house in all the SNOW!!!

That happened when my oldest lost his most recent tooth. He wasn't affected by it at all, but my 6 year old, who just started losing teeth was very upset about it. Her eyes were just huge when she came to tell me that her big brother didn't get a visit from the tooth fairy for that tooth.

That's better than the older one ranting about "there's no tooth fairy" when the younger one is upset about not being visited - little snot!! The next time she lost a tooth and put in next to her bed...I closed her door and asked her why she did that if there wasn't any tooth fairy...she muttered something about wanting the money, etc....tooth fairy left less than usual...

This tooth fairy got caught! My youngest, who usually sleeps through anything, woke up and wanted to know what I was doing. I said.....I..umm....was just making sure you had your tooth under your pillow. Luckily he fell for it
The same thing happened here too!

Once they get that money in their hand they forget.

    Worried now.

I have 3 daughters and the oldest (7yo) just started losing teeth. We're shelling out 2bucks a tooth.

    50 cents, $1.00

Is anyone else going above a buck?
