From what I am getting on TV -- yes, we have debated the biased news stations -- apparently we are NOT going to bomb the crap out of them as they are trying to keep the infrastructure intact.

I do hope that is the case...

I just watched "The Gathering Storm" about Great Britain in the late 30's and early 40's. War was so much more interactive in the 1940's. Quite interesting.
Each side participated. Neither side "bombing the other country into a parking lot." Both sides and their allies participating. And , of course, the countries ACTUALLY declared war on each other.
    All very civilized.
It will be difficult to sleep tonight.

My heart goes out to the young ones in Iraq, as my young ones lay sleeping, cuddled in warm security, and free of the earth shaking, ear-drum splitting explosions of nearby bombs, fortunate to have been born in the strongest nation on earth. May the good fortune last til their last breaths.

Hopefully by getting SH & his leaders out of the country, we can bring the peace that we enjoy to the people of Iraq.

Well Passing thru, Isn't that just dandy that they practiced war so civily in 1940. It sure didn't stop my Uncle Bill from getting killed on D-Day! I suggest you watch "Saving Private Ryan" to see how civilized war was then.

My heart goes out to the innocent in Iraq and to all those little kids in the USA whose Mom or Dad is fighting for us. My prayers are for the troops.

May Saddam and his henchmen get what they so rightfully deserves and may the people of Iraq enjoy freedom.
