Nice truck. My 21 year old is away at Purdue and I have a 19 year old in the local college! They grow up waaaaaaay
    too fast don't they?

BTW lovely grandchild. Am anxiously awaiting that pleasure, but not in a big hurry for my boys to grow up THAT much!

    Sending hugs your way,

    Pam

I just realized, I don't know how I'm going to break it to my husband that not only did the boy buy a Chevy (rather than a Ford) truck, he bought a white truck.

I thought we raised him better than this! Darn rebelous kid!

If you raised him right he wouldn't have bought a truck. Trucks are so not fabulous.

Reminds me of the Chevy truck hubby had at age 22, but it was green....boy did he have a hot foot then. Makes me kinda happy that 18 yo really not interested in driving yet despite permit; however 15 1/2 yo is drooling for a permit.

Hope it keeps him happy for a long time.

    LOL Tweety!
A trucks is mandatory equipment with this hunting, fishing, hay & firewood hauling redneck crowd.

But sheesh...a white Chevy? Somehow I suspect my DIL to be had a hand in this.
No worries on the water bill Karen...he doesn't live at home.

None of my kids are/were the type to be chomping at the bit to drive.
Oldest got her permit at 16 but didn't feel comfortable enough to get her license until 20. Middle got his permit at 19 and took his drive test and graduated HS the same week he turned 20. Youngest (19 last Sept) got his permit 2 weeks ago. I guess I raised a batch of late bloomers.

LOL. Sounds like my "kin" up in Alabama. They definately are the truck-driving huntin' feeshin' redneck crowd. Guess you gotta have a truck for that kind of life.
