""Is there Taco Bell's all over the country?""

  1. Speaking of Taco Bell on another thread, made me wonder if there are Taco Bell's all over the country?? i plan to do a lot of driving thru most of the states east of the Mississippi this summer and hope they all have Taco Bell as I like the crunchy tacos,... the cleanliness, convenience, and prices......(no , i don't own stock in the company.) Just like it a lot more than McDonalds. Although I did hit McD for a kiddie meal at lunch today cause they got the new toys in today... I got a Lilo Stitch....if that means anything....it is real cute.

I hope I hit a state where they have Krispy Kreme Donuts, as I haven't ever had one and wouldn't mind trying a dozen

And I hope I find a Tim Hortons for coffee and pastries too.

See all the things I learn on this BB?

I'm renting the movies you all suggested... good list....movies I ordinarily would not choose.

Y'all can let me know if you live in a state with Krispy Kremes or Horton's so I can be on the lookout. Thanks.

What's a "Tim Hortons"? I think we're deprived here in PA!

We *DO* have Taco Bell's here, but, alas, no Krispy Kreme shops. (You can get their doughnuts at our supermarkets, however.)

Hi PRN nurse, if its good junk food you want, drive on up to Michigan because we have been blessed with all three and then some.

Krispy Kremes available in Acme/Alberton's food stores in Philadelphia area. Many Taco Bells have been converted to Taco Bell +KFC or Pizza Hut stores in Philladelphia + Delaware suburbs.
    Enjoy!

Here in Texas, there are lots of Taco Bells, but when you live in Texas, why settle for the artificial stuff when you can have the "real thing"...Mexican food, I mean. My favorite Mexican fast food restaurant here is Taco Cabana. Great food! Yummy!

I came from Wa...thru CA, OR, AZ, NM, and into TX, and Taco Bell was even in the smallest towns. There are also Taco Bells In N.C., S. C. GA, and God know where esle. And I mean there are some towns if you go to fast...you would miss them...but they got a Taco Bell. Do you think their putting something in the food and this is a conspiracy...nawww! But ya know...I don't eat there...:chuckle

But I guess you could say that about mickie D's too..:chuckle

Mmmm, Taco Cabana. I was first introduced to Taco Cabana at the one off of Perrin Bietel with my sister in the 80's. I just couldn't get over the double drive thru. I wouldn't call it the "real thing" though. Tex-mex is more like it and what I prefer. One of my brothers took me to a "rea" mexican restaurant once. I decided to order quesadillas. I was so disappointed with what I received. Definitely not tex-mex, which is what I'm used to.

I think there are Taco Bell's EVERYWHERE! 2 places where I was surprised to see Taco Bell: McCook, NE, and Manhattan. They are owned by Tricon, which corporate office is here in Dallas. You can visit their website for all locations.

As far as Krispy Kremes - I guess I've never had a fresh one, because I wasn't too impressed with them.

    What's Tim Horton's???

What's Tim Horton's??? Well, it's a Canadian institution of sorts started by a hockey player. Coffee, donuts, sandwiches, soup, but mainly known for the coffee. There's one in my hospital!!! I think every major city and town in Ontario has more than one "Timmies". The drive through windows are busier than heck in the mornings!

Yup, lots of Taco Bells (love it), a couple Krispy Kremes, but I like Dunkin Donuts best lots of McD's, Burger Kings, Arby's & Subways.
And people wonder why our city was ranked as the most unhealthy city or some great title!! :chuckle
The number of coffee shops is catching up to restaurants though...

    I'm hooked on Quizno's subs right now...mmmmmmm.
