Sep 13, '15My DW came up with a quick and tasty pizza crust. She uses lavash bread, the large round crispy ones. We heat the oven to 350, put whatever toppings we want on it and pop it in for about 15 minutes. It's quick, tasty, and fairly low in calories. Tonight we used fresh basil, ricotta cheese, and pre-cooked sausage bits.

I have bought dough from a pizza parlor. That's expensive but really good.
The thin crust refrigerated dough is really quite good. I also like to make deep dish pizza in a cast iron skillet.
