- 0May 31, '03 by anyI just took my nclex rn yesterday (kentucky), and the computer went off after 75 questions. I am wondering if anyone has any information about what my chances are of passing. I graduated in the top 4 of my class. Another classmate took the nclex rn at the same time as me and the computer went off at 75 questions for her also. She graduated in the top 2 of the class. I can't think about anything else except if I passes or failed. Any comments?

However, the # of questions is meaningless.
For example, you got so many right that after 75 questions there's no way to fail so it shut off.
Or, not likely, you missed so many there was no way you could pass so the machine cut off and you failed.
Don't get hung up on the numbers. Relax!

Thank you to atownsendrn and 3rdShiftGuy for acknowledgement of my thread. Your comments and support are greatly appreciated. I'm sure both of you are super nurses.
